By accessing and using the Coastal Kids Park website or visiting our facilities when they open in 2026, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service or visit our park.

2. Park Rules and Safety Guidelines

All visitors must comply with park safety rules and regulations. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Age restrictions apply to certain attractions for safety purposes. Visitors must follow all posted signs and staff instructions. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with park rules.

• Proper swimwear required for water attractions
• No outside food or beverages allowed
• Height and age restrictions strictly enforced
• Photography restrictions in certain areas
• No smoking anywhere on park grounds

3. Liability and Risk Assumption

Coastal Kids Park takes every precaution to ensure visitor safety. However, participation in park activities involves inherent risks. Visitors participate at their own risk and assume responsibility for their actions and those of their children. The park is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines or misuse of attractions.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times and ensuring they follow all safety rules and age restrictions for attractions.

4. Ticket Sales and Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Refunds may be issued only in cases of park closure due to severe weather or emergency situations. Rain checks may be provided at management's discretion. Season passes and group bookings have separate terms and conditions that will be provided at the time of purchase.

Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.

The content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Coastal Kids Park and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
